FFY Tees Bulk Order Policy

At FFY Tees, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and exceptional service. To ensure a smooth and efficient process for bulk orders, please review and adhere to the following guidelines:

Bulk Order Guidelines

  1. Minimum Order Quantity: Bulk orders must consist of a minimum of 50 t-shirts.

  2. Lead Time:

    • Standard bulk orders require a lead time of at least 21 business days from the date of order confirmation. This allows us to maintain our high standards of quality and timely delivery.

  3. Order Confirmation and Payment:

    • All bulk orders must be confirmed with full payment at the time of order placement. This policy ensures that we can secure the necessary materials and allocate production resources effectively.

  4. Design Approval:

    • Final designs must be submitted and approved at least 15 business days before the scheduled delivery date. Any design changes after approval will incur additional fees and may extend the lead time. This process guarantees that your order meets your exact specifications.

  5. Size Distribution Changes:

    • Size distribution for bulk orders must be finalized at the time of order confirmation. Changes to size quantities are allowed up to 10 business days before the scheduled delivery date. No changes will be accepted after this period to avoid delays and ensure production accuracy.

  6. Cancellations and Modifications:

    • Cancellations of bulk orders must be made within 3 business days of placing the order to qualify for a full refund.
    • If a cancellation is requested after the 3 business day window, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion, based on the stage of production and incurred costs. Modifications to the order, including quantity, sizes, and designs, can be made up to 10 business days before the delivery date. Any changes after this period will incur additional fees and may affect the delivery schedule.

  7. Shipping and Delivery:

    • Shipping costs are calculated based on the order size and delivery location. We are committed to ensuring that your order is delivered safely and on time.
